The finale of the Full Tilt Online Poker Series this Sunday will have a staggering $3 million guaranteed prize fund.

FTOPS XVII, which started last week, features a record 34 events, making it one of the biggest online poker series in history.

And the massive Main Event - which kicks off on Full Tilt Poker at 6pm Eastern time on Sunday (August 15) will now boats a guaranteed prize pool of $3 million.

Cash satellites starting at just $6 are already running for the $600+40 No Limit Hold'em event, which will be hosted by a mystery guest star.

Full Tilt pro Huck Seed hosted the first event in the current series, the $200+$16 No Limit Hold’em last Wednesday. An impressive 4,591 players joined Seed online, generating a prize pot of $918,200 and awarding winner “Broberts85” a whopping $164,357.80 payday and a famous Full Tilt golden jersey.

Since then all the tournaments have offered good action, with sex bomb pro Lacey Jones hosting the biggest yet - the $120+$9 No Limit Hold’em Knockout event held on Sunday, August 8.

The huge field of 8,861 players had a guarantee of $800,000  - but it was so popular the payouts rose to $886,100 with winner 'FM2T' walking away with the golden jersey and $141,776.00 first prize.

In total, $25 million will be paid out in this record-breaking Full Tilt Online Poker Series, which will be followed by a Mini championship (Mini FTOPS) featuring the same events for a tenth of the buy-in.

The last FTOPS Main Event, in February, saw 5,645 players enter with a seven-way split for the big bucks on the final table.
