Word reaches 5am that Isabelle Mercier, the hard woman of poker, may have gone soft in her old age.

The 35-year-old, who dubs herself 'No Mercy', has long prided herself on her tough table image and gruff personality.

But since leaving Pokerstars at the end of last year and signing for gambling giant Betclic the pressure seems to be off - and Mercier is enjoying life.

So much so that the new age Canadian - who boasts live tournament winnings of more than $1m - has started posting pictures of herself sailing, shooting and, inevitably meditating, on Facebook.

In several of the images the perma-grumpy Mercier, who is famously late for everything, is even laughing and posing for the camera.

No Mercy? No more, it seems...
